Tournament Information
Anyone in Men’s or Ladies’ Singles on Friday who wishes to find out whether he or she is on the 11.00 or 11.45 list may phone Heather Mott on 01580 831704 between 9.00am and 11am on Wednesday 27th July or Thursday 28th July.
Ladies may enter 5 events, but gentlemen only 4.
It is the responsibility of competitors to find out when they are due to play. They may be disqualified if not at the ground at start time.
Competitors are reminded that it is a Club ruling that clothing on court be almost entirely WHITE and are asked to conform to that ruling.
Open Finals are scheduled for Monday, so please scratch at match point if you have to leave on the Sunday. Also, if you wish to pull out of the tournament at any time, please advise the Referee.
Players should note that they may sometimes have to play on surfaces other than grass.
Car parking by the courts is £10 per day, £25 for three days. There is free parking available in the adjoining field. Please do not park on the road.
Lunches and teas will be available each day. Only Members and Temporary Members over 18 are allowed to buy drinks at the Club.
A Tournament Barbecue/Dance will be held on the Saturday evening. Tickets will be available for purchase from behind the bar.
